We guarantee that you will love your new KaraB bag. If for some reason, it does not meet your expectations please return it within 30 days for a full refund excluding shipping charges.
If the bag is defective, please return it within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund including shipping charges. Please contact us before returning and we will send you a return label.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss or damage.
We do quarantee the bags for a year, excluding normal wear and tear, so please send us an email if you have any problems and we will gladly replace or repair your bag.
